Open Source Intelligence

It is critical that intelligence analysts, financial crime specialists and security specialists be encouraged to view the world through a wider lens and be given the tools to do so.

Incorporating a tool like Recorded Future into an analyst’s repertoire can help with this daunting task.  Recorded Future will enable the analyst to harness the power of open sources on the web (including social media) and view events, groups, and organizations across time and space.

Consider Al Shabaab.  Recorded Future allows you to view the terrorist group in the context of many different variables such as time, space, popular sentiment, and other international events.  Simply enter the term, “Al Shabaab” in the search box and await the results from the Web.  View the results here.

If you have yet to try out Recorded Future , I encourage you to try it out for yourselves now.
